Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a refund of 75% of the product value. The remaining 25% will be retained towards payment processing fees, handling charges, and administrative expenses. We continuously endeavor to offer the best products at the best possible prices. Return Terms & Conditions
Returns are not accepted for stitched garments, custom-made clothing, ready-made stitched sarees, or sarees stitched with custom blouses. Customers must contact EthnicTredz before returning any product. Returns sent without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not exceed the actual value paid for the product under any circumstances. Approved returns are eligible for a refund of 75% of the product value, while the remaining 25% will be retained towards payment processing fees, handling charges, and administrative expenses. Customs duties, taxes, import charges, or any other fees paid by the customer at the time of delivery are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by EthnicTredz may be deducted from the refund amount. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and EthnicTredz shall not be liable for reimbursing shipping expenses incurred while returning products.
Returns are not accepted for custom-made or stitched garments, including ready-made stitched sarees and sarees stitched with custom blouses, except in cases where there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Any complaint regarding damage, stains, defects, stitching issues, or discrepancies in the received product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographs or supporting evidence to review the claim. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected at our facility. Approved refunds generally take approximately 4 to 5 business days to reflect in the customer's account, subject to the policies and processing times of banks and payment providers. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Despite careful quality control, packaging, and handling, minor loosening or shedding of embellishments may occasionally occur during transit or normal use. Such occurrences are considered inherent characteristics of handcrafted apparel and shall not be regarded as manufacturing defects or valid reasons for return.
