How to measure yourself

Use a soft measuring tape and wear light clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight, and ask someone to help for the most accurate result.

Chest / bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms.
Waist (drop waist): Measure just below your natural waistline, where you would like your lehenga or bottom to sit.
Hip: Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Armhole: Measure around the top of your arm, from the shoulder point down under the armpit and back.
Shoulder: Measure across your back from the edge of one shoulder to the other.
Height: Measure from the top of your head to the floor while wearing the heels you plan to wear with the outfit.

A pink ground meets a broad gold-tone border in this organza khadi saree, with turquoise and pink floral details adding contrast along the drape. The pallu brings those colours together against its gold-tone patterned panel. Smaller motifs appear across the body, allowing the border and end panel to remain the main visual features when the saree is worn.

Consider letting the pallu fall open over the shoulder to show its decorative panel. If you prefer a more structured arrangement, pleat it so that a strip of the gold-tone border stays visible. Earrings or a necklace can echo the border’s colour, while a turquoise accessory offers a different way to pick up the smaller motifs. Choose the combination that suits your own jewellery collection rather than adding every accent at once.

Matching pink blouse fabric is included separately, with 0.80 metre supplied for tailoring. Discuss your preferred cut and measurements with your tailor before committing to sleeves or other design details. The saree length is 5.5 metres, so you can compare that measurement with a drape you already wear. The photographed blouse illustrates styling; the supplied blouse piece is fabric to be stitched.

Care Instructions

Dry clean recommended, especially for silk, zari or embellished sarees. Plain cotton or georgette can be hand washed cold.
Iron on low heat on the reverse side, avoiding zari and embellishments.
Store folded in a cotton cloth, away from sunlight, and refold every few months.
